How to Use

Apply generously to the lips as needed.
For especially intensive care, apply a somewhat thicker layer in the evening and leave on overnight.
If needed, gently remove dry flakes beforehand with a lip scrub.
The balm can also be used on very dry areas such as cuticles, elbows, or heels.
For external use only. Store in a cool, dry place.

Who is the Luxury Lip Balm suitable for?
It is especially suitable for dry, rough, chapped, or sensitive lips and for anyone looking for a rich, highly minimalist lip treatment without fragrance.

What is the difference between the jar Lip Balm and the Luxury Lip Balm V2?
The care base is very similar. The jar Lip Balm contains significantly more product at 9 g and has a softer, freely adjustable texture. The V2, on the other hand, comes as a classic 4.2 g stick and is particularly suitable for on the go.

Can I use the Lip Balm overnight?
Yes. A somewhat more generous layer is very suitable as an intensive overnight treatment for dry lips.

Does the Lip Balm have a scent?
No fragrance or essential oils have been added. The only noticeable scent is the very mild natural scent of the raw ingredients, which may faintly evoke coconut and cocoa.

Why can small grains form in the balm?
Natural plant butters can partially crystallize when temperatures fluctuate. The small grains are harmless and melt when rubbed between your fingers.

Is the Luxury Lip Balm vegan?
No. It contains organic beeswax and is therefore not vegan.

We carefully process and package your order in our warehouse in Reutlingen. Processing usually takes within 48 hours. As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. After handover to DHL, the shipping time within Germany is usually 1–3 business days.

The shipping costs 4.95€; for orders over 60€, we offer free shipping within Germany.

International orders are shipped depending on the destination country and package size with DHL International or Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium. The available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Shipping time depends on the destination country, chosen shipping method, and customs clearance.

Returns: You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. For returns within Germany, we provide a return label for 5.95€ upon request. Returns from abroad must be organized and paid for by the customer.

We package carefully, lovingly, and environmentally friendly. The box, filling material, and greeting card are made from recycled paper, and even the packing tape can be disposed of in the paper recycling bin.
