The Manucurist Green Nail Polish Mermaid is a transparent silver polish with holographic glitter particles that sparkle in different colors depending on the light. The effect is reminiscent of shimmering reflections of light on water - cool, luminous, and considerably more multifaceted than classic silver glitter.

Mermaid can be worn on its own or over a colored nail polish. On the natural nail, it creates a transparent veil of silver holographic glitter; over another color, the reflective particles transform the underlying shade without completely concealing it.

Color & Finish

Mermaid is not a classic silver polish, but a transparent effect polish with holographic glitter particles. The silver base reflects light in shifting shades and is reminiscent of shimmering fish scales or sunlight on moving water.

On the nails, the base color remains transparent, while the glitter particles light up visibly depending on the angle of the light. This makes Mermaid particularly suitable for layering: over light colors, the effect appears delicate and ethereal; over dark shades, it is more contrasting and intense.

Formula & Quality

The Manucurist Green™ nail polishes combine color and shine with a high proportion of bio-based raw materials. Ingredients derived from potatoes, corn, cassava, or cotton, among others, replace some conventional petrochemical raw materials.

Mermaid contains 68.5% bio-based ingredients and is formulated vegan and 9-free. Holographic effect particles and aluminum pigments create the characteristic silver sparkle and shifting reflections of light.

The wide brush distributes the glitter particles evenly across the nail and makes it easy to apply both alone and layered over another color.

Application

First file the nails into shape, gently push back the cuticles, and degrease the nail surface.
Apply a thin layer of Manucurist Base Coat Vitaminée and let it dry.
Apply two thin coats of Mermaid. Wait about 1–2 minutes between coats.
Then seal with Manucurist Top Coat Gel Like. It protects the color, intensifies the shine, and helps extend the wear of the manicure.
For faster drying, apply one drop of Manucurist Drying Drops to each nail afterward.
To remove it, use Manucurist Nail Polish Remover Green.

We carefully process and package your order in our warehouse in Reutlingen. Processing usually takes within 48 hours. As soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. After handover to DHL, the shipping time within Germany is usually 1–3 business days.

The shipping costs 4.95€; for orders over 60€, we offer free shipping within Germany.

International orders are shipped depending on the destination country and package size with DHL International or Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium. The available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout. Shipping time depends on the destination country, chosen shipping method, and customs clearance.

Returns: You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. For returns within Germany, we provide a return label for 5.95€ upon request. Returns from abroad must be organized and paid for by the customer.

We package carefully, lovingly, and environmentally friendly. The box, filling material, and greeting card are made from recycled paper, and even the packing tape can be disposed of in the paper recycling bin.
