The Coco Croissant is made by Springfield in India, a long-standing production partner of O My Bag Amsterdam. The facility is SA8000 certified under the international social standard, which sets requirements for safe working conditions, workers' rights, and fair employment practices, among other things. Solar energy and regular workshops for employees further support these efforts.
The bag is made from chrome-free tanned Soft Grain genuine leather and features a cotton lining made from OCS- and GRS-certified materials. The careful selection of materials and high-quality craftsmanship help make the bag durable.
Transparency down to the details: O My Bag documents the origins of materials, the production facilities involved, and their certifications in digital product passports for its bags. The calculated carbon footprint is also disclosed. This makes it possible to trace a bag's journey from raw materials to finished product.

International orders are shipped depending on the destination country and package size with DHL International or Deutsche Post Warenpost International Premium. Returns: You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. For returns within Germany, we provide a return label for 5.95€ upon request. Returns from abroad must be organized and paid for by the customer.
We package carefully, lovingly, and environmentally friendly. The box, filling material, and greeting card are made from recycled paper, and even the packing tape can be disposed of in the paper recycling bin.
